Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on jittace. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jittace. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or payment credentials belonging to the same individual — are a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure.
Own Payment Methods Only
All deposits must be made using a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing through a third party's mobile wallet or bank account is strictly forbidden and may constitute fraud.
Fair Use of Bonuses
Bonuses and promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, engage in bonus abuse, or systematically extract value without genuine gameplay will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
Account Security Responsibility

Amendments to Terms

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jittace platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services — you enter into a legally binding agreement with jittace governed by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform, regardless of whether you complete the account registration process.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue your use of jittace immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. jittace will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to check this page for the most current version.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through jittace, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and any future products added to the platform. Where a specific product or promotion has supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to — and not in substitution of — these general Terms & Conditions.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register an account and use the services available on jittace, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jittace is an adult-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager.
- You are accessing jittace from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is lawful under applicable local laws.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

- You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgement at the time of placing wagers.
- You have not previously had an account permanently closed by jittace for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
jittace employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at the withdrawal stage. You may be required to submit valid identity documentation — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm your age before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on jittace — including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Information Required at Registration
During registration, jittace will request the following information at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, your date of birth, and your preferred deposit currency (BDT). You will also be required to create a unique username and a secure password.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jittace operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard responsible gaming and anti-money laundering practices. You may be asked to submit copies of identity documents at any point during your account's lifetime — not only at withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:
- Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and mobile number)
- Source of funds documentation in cases where deposit patterns trigger review thresholds
Account Confidentiality

Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Payment Methods
jittace supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions must be conducted in BDT. jittace does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the platform are the sole responsibility of the player.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Deposits are credited to your jittace wallet balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Typical processing time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is under 60 seconds.
- jittace does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any transaction fees levied by your mobile banking provider are external to jittace and are not refunded.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review and account suspension.
- jittace reserves the right to request proof of deposit source before crediting any transaction that triggers anti-money laundering review thresholds.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are processed by the jittace finance team during operational hours. Standard processing time is within a few hours of submission for bKash and Nagad withdrawals.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your jittace account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of jittace's compliance team.
- jittace reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount if deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes. This may temporarily delay the processing of your withdrawal request.
- If a deposit was made with a bonus attached, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
jittace offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on jittace unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 30 times before a withdrawal of those funds can be requested. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed from your account. The validity period for each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Abuse
jittace takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once
- Coordinating with other players to systematically complete wagering requirements through matched or hedged bets
- Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., very high-value bets on outcomes with near-certain probability) with the primary intent of clearing wagering requirements rather than genuine play
- Claiming a promotion using false or incomplete personal information
Promotional Amendments
jittace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, players who have already opted in and deposited in reliance on the promotion will be treated fairly and on a case-by-case basis. jittace will not be liable for any loss arising from a promotion being amended or withdrawn.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed through jittace are subject to these general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. Where a conflict exists between these general rules and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence for that market.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
A bet is only accepted and binding once you receive a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. jittace reserves the right to void or cancel any bet at its sole discretion in the following circumstances: technical errors resulting in an incorrect price being offered; manifest pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect relative to market consensus); events of force majeure such as match abandonment, natural disasters, or regulatory intervention; and any situation in which jittace has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed using inside information or in coordination with other players to exploit market conditions.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
Cricket betting at jittace covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. The following rules apply specifically to cricket markets:
- Match result bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
- In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs without a result being declared by the governing body, bets on match winner markets will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific rain-rule result is declared.
- In-play bets accepted after a significant in-game event (e.g., a wicket falling, a boundary hit) that has already occurred but not yet been reflected in the live data feed will be voided.
- Player performance bets (top scorer, most wickets, etc.) are settled based on completed innings only. Retirement or injury does not guarantee a void — the player's recorded performance at the time of retirement stands for settlement purposes unless the bet's specific terms indicate otherwise.
Casino & Slots Rules
All casino games and slot titles available through jittace use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels. jittace accepts no liability for losses resulting from system malfunctions during gameplay — in such cases, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jittace. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, voiding of all pending bets, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
- Money Laundering: Using jittace as a mechanism to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. jittace has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or work together to exploit promotional structures in a manner not intended by jittace.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in place of a human player.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the jittace platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void.
- Multiple Account Operation: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one jittace account simultaneously, whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the jittace platform to conduct commercial gambling operations, run affiliate schemes without authorisation, or resell access to the platform in any form.
- Harassment of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward jittace support staff or other players in any communication channel.
jittace employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect prohibited conduct. All accounts and transactions are subject to review at any time. The decision to suspend or close an account based on detected prohibited conduct is final and binding. Disputes regarding account closure decisions must be submitted in writing to support@jittace within 30 days of the closure notification.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure Initiated by jittace
jittace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity, detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or where required by applicable law or a regulatory authority's instruction.
In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, jittace reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and void any pending bets. Where an account is closed for administrative or verification reasons unrelated to a player breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of the required verification process.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your jittace account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jittace. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that your wallet balance has been withdrawn. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
Responsible Gaming Closures
If you request account closure specifically for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — jittace will process the closure immediately and will not send any marketing or promotional communications to the closed account going forward. Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by jittace or voluntarily by the player — your right to access the jittace platform ceases immediately. Attempting to re-register after a permanent closure (including a self-exclusion closure) is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and any new accounts identified as belonging to a permanently excluded individual will be closed without notice and any balances forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jittace's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jittace shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
